The comprehensive report builds on the insights from WWF’s previous publication, WWF Risky Seafood Business report (launched in 2022) and explores where endangered, threatened, and protected (ETP) species bycatch poses a significant risk across UK seafood supply chains. It also assesses a range of bycatch mitigation methods—highlighting their effectiveness, cost, benefits, and challenges through a series of case studies.
